2019329关于香港DHL寄运越南货物要求的通知
接香港DHL通知，由于大量品名描述不准确或不完整的货物进口至越南，导致货件清关延误并引起海关重新估算货值。
即日起，寄运目的地为越南（Vietnam）的货物，随货商业发票需正确并详细申报货物信息如下：
1、品牌名称（Brand name）;
2、产品型号（Model）；
3、零部件型号（Part number）；
4、材料（Material）；
5、成份构成（Component，纺织类货物必须提供：如100% COTTON, 60% COTTON & 40% POLYESTER）；
6、尺寸（Fabric 必须提供尺寸；如 Size 20m*1.6m），
7、每盒的数量（如果度量单位是盒 BOX）等，
列举部分符合要求的申报如下（以下仅作为举例，不代表相关品牌接受寄运）：
1. Fabric: Fabric roll, 100% cotton, 20m length x 1.6 m width, Brand ABC (if any), Model 123 (if any)
2. Garment:
a. Brand new finished product: Shirt, Pierre Cardin, Model 123, Size L
b. Sample product: Sample Shirt, Pierre Cardin, Model 123, Size L, marked “Sample” by inerasable ink
3. Footwear:
a. Brand new finished product: Shoes, Adidas, Model 123, Size L
b. Sample product: Sample Shoes, Adidas, Model 123, Size L, mutilated.
4. Leather: Cow leather, 1m x 2m
5. Mobile phone: Iphone, Brand : Apple, Model: XS Max, 256GB.
6. Product with Box UOM: DEWALT DW1354 14-Piece (is UOM) Titanium Drill Bits
